We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our services, particularly concerning content related to "Slow Cooker Honey Soy Glazed Chicken" or any other proprietary materials.

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content, particularly content related to "Slow Cooker Honey Soy Glazed Chicken," was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include substantially the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may, in our sole discretion, restore the material in question after 10 business days, unless the complaining party files an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on our system.
